Paid is not the same as charged. Stay with the order until it says fully charged.
How to find your Free Fire UID
The UID is the number on your profile, not your nickname.
- Open Free Fire and tap your profile banner.
- Look under your name for the numeric UID.
- Copy that number into CHAJA. Do not include your nickname.
- Compare it once more before you pay. A wrong UID charges the wrong account.
How to find your PUBG character ID
Use the numeric character ID from your profile.
- Open PUBG Mobile and tap your avatar.
- Find the character ID under your name.
- Paste the full number into CHAJA.
- If you play on more than one account, use the ID of the account you want charged.
How to find your Call of Duty player ID
The player ID is on your profile card.
- Open Call of Duty Mobile and tap your profile card.
- Copy the numeric player ID beside your name.
- Paste it into CHAJA and check every digit.
- Nicknames and clan tags are not player IDs.
How to find your Mobile Legends user and zone ID
Both the user ID and the zone ID are required.
- Open Mobile Legends and tap your avatar.
- The user ID is the long number on the profile.
- The zone ID is the shorter number shown in brackets.
- Enter both. A user ID without the matching zone ID will not charge the right account.
How to find your Roblox username
Use the username you sign in with.
- Open Roblox and go to your profile.
- Copy the username, not the display name.
- Usernames can contain letters, numbers, and underscores.
- Check the spelling before you pay.
How to find your Genshin Impact UID
The UID is the nine-digit number in the menu.
- Open Genshin Impact and press the menu button.
- Look at the corner of the screen for a nine-digit UID.
- Paste that UID into CHAJA.
- The server is encoded in the UID. Add a server only if you were given a separate numeric server value.
Track an order
Your order ID is the private link to the charge.
- After you pay, CHAJA shows an order ID that starts with CHA-.
- Keep that ID. Anyone with it can view the status of that charge.
- Open Track order and enter the ID. If you left an email or phone, enter the same one.
- Paid does not always mean charged. Stay on the status page until it says Fully charged.
Payment problems
If the payment page closed, check the order before you pay again.
- Open your order ID. If payment says Processing, wait. Do not start a second payment.
- If payment says Failed, no charge was confirmed. You can try again from the order.
- If payment says Paid and the top-up still says Charging, the money was received. Do not pay again.
- If money left your account and the order still says Unpaid after several minutes, contact support with the order ID and the time of payment.
Failed top-ups
A failed charge is not the same thing as a failed payment.
- Check the order. Payment and top-up are shown separately.
- If payment is Paid and the top-up failed, contact support. Do not buy the pack again unless support asks.
- If the status says we're still charging the account, the result is not final.
- Wrong player IDs are the most common reason a charge cannot be returned.
Refund policy
A failed payment is not a charge. A paid order with a failed top-up is reviewed by support. Delivered credits that went to the player ID you entered are generally final. Read the full policy on the refund page.
